  • We check the subfloor for squeaks, soft spots and flatness, and test moisture where it matters (basements and slabs).
  • We look at existing hardwood to tell you honestly whether it can be refinished instead of replaced.
  • We bring samples so you see colors and textures in your own light.
  • You get it in writing — material, removal, prep, installation and finishing, line by line.
