No — walk-ins are welcome Monday through Friday, 10am to 4pm. If you want dedicated time or have a big project, call (315) 246-4425 and we’ll block it out.

Is the consultation really free?

Yes. Showroom consultations and in-home estimates are both free, with no obligation.

Can you visit my home instead?

Yes — for measures, refinishing assessments and projects where seeing the space matters, we come to you anywhere in the greater Syracuse area.

Can I take samples home?

Please do. Floors look different in your light than under ours, and we’d rather you be sure.
