Yes — we favor repair over replacement, match original species and finishes, and document our approach so you can keep records for the home.
Often a lower-sheen finish — satin or matte — reads far more authentic than gloss. We’ll sample two or three sheens on your floor so you choose in place.

We can schedule work while you’re away, coordinate access with a caretaker, and recommend humidity settings for the months the house sits empty so the floor stays stable.
